I have an app that was installed into AIE and it failed. Since installation manager does not give you an option to uninstall an app if it has failed, what is the best way of removing it?

Hi,

Follow the instructions in this CTX article for uninstalling Office 97 from an AIE - the steps are the same regardless of the app. In a nut shell, you simply blow away the AIE and start over:

Thanks Alan, did a quick review of the doc and that looks like it will do it. I actually came across that doc on my searches and dint think it would apply..(I guess I should have opened it and had a look :) )
