All,

I am trying to added Windows terminal server licenses to my single citrix server, but what ever I do I get the error message:-

Terminal Server Licence Server Activation wizard.

Customer information is missing or corrupt. Please enter all required information using the properties dialog.

We have checked all the infomation is there and re-entered the information to no avail. Please can someone advise me on how to solve this error as I need to add further licenses.

Thank in advance.

Hi,

If you have all the paperwork for your existing TS CALs, you could uninstall TS Licensing (Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Components), reboot, reinstall TS Licensing, activate TS server, and add all your TS CALs back in.

If you don't have your paperwork or you're not comfortable with performing the above steps, call the MS Clearing House to get assistance (free).

You need to add further licenses? It's probably complaining about the Volume License, or Select Licence number you are attempting to use. This can also happen if you select Enterprise Subscription Agreement and you input a Select, or Open License number.

Are you sure you installed them on a TS server? I would advise installing the TS Licensing service on one (or two) of your Domain Controllers. You'll have to decide which licenses to download as well (Per User/Device). Citrix client connection licenses I would install on the Data Collector.

The MS Clearinghouse can help get you straightened-out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291795
