I am trying to install a software called Analyst 1.4.2... This software creates a service and I am having a bugger trying to isolate this... Any tips, tricks on dealing with isolating applications that depend on a service? Thanks in advance, Tom

Sounds like you'll have to redirect hklm's services key manually by adding a rule in the AIE.
Have you tried that?
Also you could let it install the service on the machine, then permit the AIE to query that registry key.
Whichever one works best for you.
